Is there a limit to the number of tag associations we can make in joomfuse?
This is urgent, Is there a limit to the number of tag associations we can make in joomfuse? I was in the process of making new tag associations, when all of a sudden all the tag associations went away, and when I went to go look, apparently the application and key information that has been there for a long time, suddenly disappeared. I put them back. Now, when I click on the joomfuse OPTIONS button, I get a "Gateway Timeout - The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application", error message, and we are no longer able to see the configuration settings for joomfuse, make any tag settings etc.
IT SEEMS AS IF ALL THE TAG ASSOCIATIONS HAVE DISAPPEARED AND WE NO LONGER HAVE A CONNECTION BETWEEN JOOMFUSE AND INFUSIONSOFT. PLEASE HELP.
There was never a limit to the number of tag associations, but there used to be a limit of 1000 tags that JoomFuse could process, but that restriction was removed months ago. The current version is 2.1.208
However, exceeding that limit would not cause the behavior you are seeing. In that case, you would only see the first 1000 tags in the dropdown list in JoomFuse.
Are you sure that the API key was not changed? There can only be one API key that has to be used in all connections to Infusionsoft. If someone changed it and it was changed in JoomFuse, that could cause that behavior. Please double check that you have your app name and API key correct.
Hi Dom,
Thank you so much for your prompt response. I checked, our api was not changed, and although we have added a few extensions over the years, and updated the joomla version to the latest version (3.7.3), it all seemed to be working fine with joomfuse. Back in May & June was the last time we did additional tag settings, and that worked nicely. I think the confusion point happened when I accidently did one or more duplicate tag associations this time, and tried to change it.
I can restore the website to what it was before I tried to add additional tags, and retrace my steps to see what happens, and post back here.
